Cargo Air Shower Tunnel
Air shower is the first-line contamination isolation airlock installed between non-clean and cleanroom zones, acting as a dedicated self-circulating purification passage for personnel, trolleys, raw materials and production tools.
High-velocity HEPA-filtered airflow blasts loose dust, lint, hair and microbial particles off staff coveralls or cargo surfaces; double electronic interlock doors strictly prevent simultaneous opening of both sides, blocking direct air exchange between dirty and sterile areas, stabilizing cleanroom positive pressure and avoiding cross-contamination.
Main classification: Personnel Air Shower (single / double / multi-person long tunnel) & Cargo Air Shower (for pallets, production carts, large equipment).
Working Principle
- User enters the cabin and closes the outer door; infrared sensor auto-triggers the air shower cycle.
- Centrifugal fan draws internal air through G3 primary pre-filter to trap large particles, then purified by H13/H14 HEPA filter.
- Clean air sprays out from 180° adjustable stainless steel nozzles at wind speed ≥25m/s, agitating clothing surfaces to dislodge attached contaminants.
- Blown dust circulates back into the filter system for continuous capture; doors remain locked during the whole shower cycle (adjustable 1–99 seconds).
- After purification countdown completes, the inner cleanroom door unlocks for entry.

1. Cabin Body Material (Two Standard Versions)
- Full SUS304 stainless steel (Premium Medical/Pharma Grade): Inner & outer full seamless argon arc welding, all corners rounded without sanitary dead angles, anti-corrosion against alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine disinfectants, ideal for operating rooms, vaccine workshops and sterile labs.
- Exterior powder-coated cold rolled steel + internal SUS304 stainless steel (Economical General Type): Cost-effective for electronics, food packaging medium-clean workshops.
2. Double Interlock Door System
- Door panel: SUS304 stainless steel with tempered transparent observation window; hidden hydraulic door closer for automatic closing.
- Interlock mode: Full electronic solenoid interlock with indicator lights & alarm buzzer, only one door can open at any time to maintain air lock function.
- Optional door upgrades: Automatic sliding door, fast rolling shutter door for large cargo air shower tunnels.
3. Purification Air Circulation System
- G3 Primary Pre-filter: Washable polypropylene fiber media, intercepts coarse dust to extend HEPA service life, easy front-side replacement.
- H13/H14 HEPA Filter: Mini-pleat fiberglass media, ≥99.99% @0.3μm filtration efficiency, captures micro-particles and bacteria; optional differential pressure port to monitor filter clogging.
- Low-noise high-pressure centrifugal blower: Stable airflow output, low vibration to avoid secondary particle shedding.
- Stainless steel adjustable nozzles: 12 / 18 / 24 / 84 pcs per unit (varies by size), 180° rotation to cover full body & cargo surface without blind spots.
4. Intelligent PLC Control Panel
- Digital touch screen with adjustable shower countdown (1–99s), lighting delay, voice broadcast prompts for operation guidance.
- Infrared automatic induction startup, emergency stop button for safety.
- Optional functions: UV germicidal lamp for off-hours cavity disinfection, ESD anti-static treatment for electronics fabs.
