Core Structure & Material Composition
1. Outer Frame
- ABS plastic frame: Lightweight, anti-corrosion, low cost, ideal for general cleanroom AHU;
- Galvanized steel frame: High mechanical strength, shock-resistant, suitable for industrial ventilation;
- Aluminum alloy / SUS304 stainless steel frame: For high-humidity, disinfection and corrosive workshop environments.Single flange / no-flange designs are available for flexible installation inside filter racks.
2. Filter Media & Separator
- Filtration medium: Ultra-fine borosilicate glass fiber HEPA paper, uniform micro-pore structure to capture 0.3μm particles efficiently; optional synthetic fiber media for low-temperature, anti-static requirements;
- Separator: Hot-melt polypropylene glue mini-pleat partition, replaces metal aluminum separators, avoids particle shedding and corrosion, keeps consistent pleat spacing for even airflow distribution;
- Sealing: Two-component PU polyurethane glue fully seals media packs and frame to eliminate air bypass leakage.

Main Technical Grades & Performance
- Filtration efficiency standard: EN1822
- H10–H12: Medium-high efficiency, used as pre-filter to protect terminal HEPA boxes;
- H13 (≥99.99% @ MPPS), H14 (≥99.995% @ MPPS): HEPA grade, final filtration for ISO5–ISO8 cleanrooms;
- Optional U15–U19 ULPA grade for ultra-high purity semiconductor labs.
- Operating environment: Continuous temperature ≤80°C, relative humidity up to 100% non-condensing;
- Initial pressure drop: 100–180Pa, recommended final replacement resistance: 450–550Pa;
- Max airflow per standard unit: Up to 5000 m³/h.
