Brief Description:

Product formulation 1. Frame: Industrial aluminum (or stainless steel square pass, iron square pass spray) as the frame is stable, beautiful, does not rust, and does not produce dust; 2. Anti-static vertical curtain: Anti-static vertical curtain (or acrylic board) is used around, with good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, no deformation, and not easy to aging; 3. The fan filter unit FFU: adopts Singapore PCI centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, and infinitely variable speed. The fan is of reliable quality, long working life, and unique air duct design. , Greatly improve the efficiency of the fan and reduce the noise! The internal purification level can reach 100-100K; it is especially suitable for areas with high local purification requirements in the workshop, such as the assembly line operation area. 4. The interior uses a special purification lamp for the purification room, which does not produce dust;

Clean booth, also called portable modular mini cleanroom, is a self-contained localized dust-free enclosure built to deliver controlled ultra-clean working zones within standard factory or laboratory spaces. It adopts modular frame + top FFU fan filter units to generate vertical laminar airflow, continuously sweeping airborne particles out of the workspace and maintaining positive internal pressure to block external contamination ingress.

Two mainstream types available:

  1. Soft Wall Clean Booth: Anti-static transparent PVC curtain enclosure, low cost, easy disassembly & movement
  2. Hard Wall Clean Booth: Rigid acrylic / tempered glass / cleanroom sandwich panel walls, full airtight sealing, stable for high-grade GMP sterile environments
Compared with traditional fixed cleanrooms, clean booth features shorter construction cycles, lower investment, flexible size expansion and mobility, perfectly solving demand for partial high-cleanliness processing areas without full plant renovation.

1. Support Frame System

  • Standard frame: Anodized industrial aluminum alloy profile, lightweight, high rigidity, anti-rust, non-shedding particles
  • Upgrade option: SUS304 stainless steel square tube frame, for frequent disinfection medical/pharma workshops
  • Optional moving casters with brake locks for whole-booth relocation

2. Enclosure Wall Materials (Two Types)

Soft Wall Version
  • Wall material: Anti-static transparent PVC vinyl curtain, good electrostatic dissipation, clear visibility for internal operation observation
  • Access design: Curtain sliding door or vertical strip curtain passage for staff & material transfer
  • Advantage: Ultra-low cost, fast assembly, easy to dismantle and resize
Hard Wall Version
  • Wall options: High-transparency acrylic sheet, tempered safety glass, cleanroom EPS/rockwool sandwich panels
  • Door: Single swing door / sliding airtight door with magnetic sealing strips, reserved observation windows
  • Advantage: Complete airtight isolation, stable pressure difference control, resistant to alcohol & hydrogen peroxide disinfection, meets strict GMP validation requirements

3. Core Purification Air System – FFU Fan Filter Units

FFUs are mounted uniformly on the top T-grid ceiling frame, the core filtration component:
  1. Double-stage filtration: Primary pre-filter + H13/H14 HEPA mini-pleat filter (99.99%–99.995% efficiency for 0.3μm particles)
  2. Low-noise centrifugal fan, adjustable wind speed to control vertical laminar flow velocity at 0.3–0.45m/s
  3. Continuous vertical downward unidirectional airflow eliminates particle dead zones inside the booth
  4. Differential pressure gauge optional to monitor filter clogging status for scheduled replacement

4. Auxiliary Standard Configurations

  • Cleanroom anti-dust LED purification lights embedded into ceiling grid
  • Optional built-in static pass box / dynamic air shower pass box for material transfer
