High Temperature Resistant HEPA Filter (Anti-Temperature HEPA Filter) is a special high-efficiency terminal filter customized for continuous high-temperature production and sterilization environments. Ordinary standard HEPA filters will suffer media deformation, glue melting, seal failure and fiber shedding above 70°C; this series uses all high-temperature resistant raw materials to maintain stable filtration performance under long-term high heat conditions, without leakage, deformation or secondary particle pollution.

It is widely used in pharmaceutical depyrogenation tunnels, high-temperature drying ovens, sterilization lines, food baking workshops, industrial heat treatment cleanrooms and high-temperature ventilation air handling units, meeting high-temperature sterile production and heat purification process requirements.

Main Structure & High-Temperature Material Composition

1. Outer Frame

All frames adopt high heat resistant metal, no plastic components:
  1. SUS304 Stainless Steel Frame (Standard): Resists high temperature oxidation, anti-rust, fits 200–250°C working environment
  2. SUS316L Stainless Steel Frame (Premium): Corrosion + high temperature dual resistance, for acid vapor high-heat sterilization tunnels
  3. Galvanized carbon steel frame: Economical type for 180°C low-heat drying lines

2. High Temperature Filtration Media (Two Core Options)

Option 1: High-Temperature Borosilicate Glass Fiber Media
  • Max continuous temperature: 250°C
  • Efficiency: H13 / H14 @ 0.3μm MPPS
  • Feature: Low shrinkage under high heat, non-combustible, stable fiber structure, low cost compared to PTFE
  • Suitable for: Pharma depyrogenation tunnel, glass bottle dry heat sterilization
Option 2: PTFE Microporous Membrane Media (Ultra High Temp)
  • Max continuous temperature: 350°C
  • Feature: Inert chemical property, resistant to acid, alkali, steam and high heat, zero fiber shedding, no organic volatile release
  • Suitable for: Chemical high-temperature reaction workshops, food baking lines with oil vapor, high-corrosion high-heat industrial processes

3. High Temperature Separator

Two styles matching different temperature grades:
  1. Corrugated aluminum foil spacer: For ≤250°C glass fiber type, rigid structure, no thermal deformation
  2. Stainless steel corrugated spacer: For 300–350°C PTFE high temp version, anti-oxidation under ultra-high heat

4. High-Temperature Sealing System (Core Anti-Temp Technology)

  • High temperature silicone rubber gasket / integral high temp silicone pouring seal
  • Working range: -40℃ ~ 350℃, will not melt, harden or crack under long-term heat
  • No PU glue (standard HEPA glue fails above 80°C); full high-temperature inorganic adhesive for bonding media pack and frame, zero delamination risk

5. Protective Mesh

Double-sided SUS304 stainless steel woven mesh, avoids media damage under high-speed hot airflow, no rust flaking at high temperature.
