Customized Dust-free Wardrobe/Cleanroom Garment Storage
Cleanroom Garment Cabinet (also called cleanroom gown wardrobe) is dedicated storage furniture installed in cleanroom gowning areas, designed to isolate clean sterile coveralls, hoods, shoe covers and PPE from external dust and microbial contamination.
Two mainstream series for different cleanliness grades:
- Dynamic Air Wash Garment Cabinet (High-Grade ISO5/ISO6 Class100)
Built-in FFU fan + HEPA circulation system, continuous vertical laminar airflow maintains internal Class100 ultra-clean environment, blows away surface particles on stored gowns; mandatory for pharmaceutical Grade A/B zones and hospital laminar operating rooms.
- Static Stainless Steel Gown Locker (Medium-Grade ISO7/ISO8)
No built-in fan filtration, independent separated compartments for personal clothes and clean gowns, simple ventilation design, cost-effective for electronics, cosmetic and low-risk clean workshops.
Features
1. EBM direct-drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan from Germany, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, long life and stable performance.
2. American AAF ultra-high efficiency, ultra-low resistance, PTEE membrane filter-energy saving more than 30%.
3. The American Dwyer pressure difference meter indicates the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter and promptly reminds the replacement of the high-efficiency filter.
4. Advanced design, designed according to US Federal Standard 209E, with extremely high reliability.
5. Pre-filters and chemical molecular filters can be added as needed to create a better production environment.
