  • Support Stand: Hot-dip galvanized square steel pipe frame, equipped with shock-absorbing vibration pads to eliminate weighing scale reading interference; 4 universal brake casters + adjustable leveling feet for flexible relocation.

2. 3-Stage Complete Filtration System (Core Containment Module)

Multi-layer graded filtration to extend HEPA service life and guarantee exhaust safety:
  1. G4 Washable Primary Pre-filter: Top air intake, intercepts large lint and coarse dust
  2. F8 Medium Efficiency Pocket Filter: Captures medium fine powder, reduces HEPA load
  3. H14 Gel Seal Mini-Pleat HEPA Filter (Supply Air Ceiling): ≥99.995% efficiency @0.3μm MPPS, forms ISO Class5 clean vertical laminar flow over weighing table, each filter 100% full PAO scanned before delivery
  4. Secondary H14 Exhaust HEPA (Exhaust Outlet): Extra safety barrier to prevent toxic powder from discharging to workshop atmosphere, mandatory for cytotoxic / hormone drug production lines

3. Air Circulation & Negative Pressure System

  • EC energy-saving variable frequency centrifugal fan, stepless adjustable air velocity 0.35–0.55m/s, constant vertical downflow 0.45m/s (GMP standard) over weighing surface
  • Air circulation logic: 80–90% air internal recirculation after HEPA purification; 10–20% air exhausted outwards, creates stable -5 ~ -10Pa internal negative pressure to lock fugitive powder inside the booth
  • Built-in triple differential pressure gauges: Real-time monitor pressure drop of pre-filter, F8 pocket filter and supply HEPA filter, auto alarm when filters clog to remind maintenance replacement
  • Independent PAO/DOP test port reserved for HEPA on-site integrity testing during factory acceptance

4. Intelligent PLC Control & Auxiliary Functional Parts

  • Touch screen microcomputer control panel: Real-time display wind speed, negative pressure value, filter clogging alarm, running hour record, UV sterilization timing setting
  • Built-in UV germicidal lamp with interlock protection: UV only activates when fan stops and front curtain/window is closed, avoid operator ultraviolet radiation injury
  • Cleanroom waterproof multi-hole power socket inside working zone: Power supply for analytical balance, electronic scale and small mixing equipment
  • High-bright integrated LED purification lamp: Illumination ≥500lux, no horizontal dust-accumulating lamp housing
  • Optional upgrades: ESD anti-static ionizer (for static-prone fine powder), explosion-proof motor (chemical flammable powder workshop), external exhaust duct flange, vibration isolation weighing
