Automatic sliding cleanroom door is a touch-free hermetic partition door specially designed for cleanroom high-traffic personnel & cargo passages, widely matched with auto sliding air shower, gowning room and production zone access.

Different from manual hinged doors, it adopts infrared/microwave/foot sensor non-contact triggering to eliminate hand cross-contamination risk; sliding horizontal opening saves indoor space compared to swing doors, perfect for trolley, cart and continuous staff flow scenarios.

With full airtight sealing, dual interlock and multiple safety anti-pinch protection, it stabilizes cleanroom positive pressure, avoids unfiltered air infiltration, fully meets pharmaceutical GMP, FDA cGMP and hospital sterile infection control standards. Two mainstream types: single sliding door (narrow passage) and double sliding door (wide cargo/trolley passage).

1. Door Leaf & Frame Material (GMP Flush No Dead-Corner Design)

  1. Antibacterial Powder Coated Galvanized Steel (Standard)

    0.8–1.2mm thick steel sheet, honeycomb core inside door leaf for high flatness & sound insulation; matte white/light blue antibacterial coating, smooth seamless flush surface, 45° chamfered window frame without dust accumulation ledges, easy to wipe with alcohol & hydrogen peroxide disinfectants.

  2. SUS304 Stainless Steel (Medical/Pharma Premium)

    Wire drawing anti-corrosion full stainless door leaf & frame, no paint peeling risk, suitable for high-frequency disinfection vaccine workshops, hospital operating room sterile corridors. SUS316L upgrade available for corrosive vapor environments.

  3. Flush Tempered Observation Window

    Double-layer hollow tempered safety glass, fully embedded flush with door surface, no protruding edges that collect dust, provides real-time visual inspection without opening the door.

2. Full Hermetic Sealing System (Core Airtight Feature)

  • Full perimeter continuous EPDM food-grade sealing rubber around door leaf edge, non-shedding, aging-resistant
  • Automatic drop-down bottom seal strip: drops 10–15mm when door fully closes, tightly fits the floor to eliminate ground gap air leakage, critical to maintain cleanroom stable positive pressure
  • Sliding track installed on the low-cleanliness side outside the sterile zone, avoids dust hiding grooves inside clean areas, fully complies with EU GMP Annex 1 sanitary design requirements

3. Brushless DC Automatic Drive Control System

  1. Silent Long-Life Motor

    Imported brushless DC motor, tested over 1 million open-close cycles, running noise ≤55dB(A), soft start & soft stop to prevent violent door slamming that disturbs laminar airflow inside cleanrooms.

  2. Multi-Type Hands-Free Trigger Sensors (Optional)
    • Microwave radar sensor: auto open when people/trolleys approach (mainstream personnel passage)
    • Foot induction infrared switch: knee/foot touchless trigger for staff wearing full sterile coveralls
    • RFID card / facial recognition access control: factory personnel identity management upgrade
  3. Multi-Layer Anti-Pinch Safety Protection

    Built-in vertical infrared safety light curtain across door opening height: auto reverse door if human body or goods block the sliding track, prevents clamping injury; mechanical anti-collision buffer as secondary safety backup.

  4. Dual Electronic Interlock Function (Cleanroom Mandatory)

    Matched with adjacent clean/dirty area door or air shower inner/outer door: only one door can open at a time, the other stays locked during operation, completely blocks cross-contamination between clean and non-clean zones, stabilizes indoor differential pressure.

  5. Emergency Manual Release & Stop Button

    Built-in mechanical manual unlocking device for power failure; red emergency stop button on door frame for instant power cut in case of safety hazards.
