Cleanroom Fast Roll Door (also called high speed rapid rolling door, rapid PVC roll up door) is an automatic high-frequency passage partition dedicated to cleanroom cargo/trolley transfer zones, a core matching product for air shower airlocks, weighing booth buffer zones and production area material transfer channels.
Compared with automatic sliding doors, it features ultra-fast opening & closing speed, drastically shortening the time the passage stays open, effectively reducing air convection between clean and non-clean zones, stabilizing indoor positive/negative pressure and cutting HVAC energy consumption.
Adopts unique zipper self-repair side sealing structure, fully airtight to block dust and microbial infiltration; smooth seamless curtain without sanitary dead corners, easy disinfection wiping, fully meets strict pharmaceutical GMP, FDA cGMP and food sterile production hygiene standards.

- Standard Premium: SUS304 Stainless Steel Full Frame & Header
1.2–1.5mm thick brushed stainless steel, fully enclosed integrated header box, no exposed mechanical parts inside clean zones, no dust accumulation grooves. All edges chamfered into rounded arcs for easy daily disinfection wiping, resistant to alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine sanitizer mist. SUS316L upgrade available for high-corrosion vaccine and biotech labs.

2. Zipper Self-Repair PVC Door Curtain (Core Differentiator)
- Material: 1.2–2.5mm thick food-grade antibacterial PVC membrane, ISO22196 antibacterial coating inhibits bacterial growth; smooth non-absorbent surface, no fiber shedding, resistant to repeated wiping with all common disinfectants.
- Zipper self-repair side sealing design: Flexible zipper track locks curtain edge tightly into side guide, forming full airtight barrier; if trolley collision pulls curtain out of track, it automatically resets during next door closing, no manual maintenance required.
- Optional horizontal transparent observation window: Double-layer thick PVC transparent strip, real-time visual inspection of passage status without opening the door.
